Manufacturing

Work orders and the job cards under them, bundles, the materials issued against them, and the people paid by the piece for them. Bills of material carry versions, effectivity and the release that pins what the floor will build.

Planning

Demand and forecasts, the master schedule per branch, the time-phased MRP run, planned orders with pegging, firming, exceptions and the production timeline.

Shop Floor

The operator terminal on a shared device: clock on by PIN, take the dispatch list for the bench, start and stop an operation, report output and downtime, offline if it has to be. There is also an andon board the floor reads from across the room.

Quality

Inspection plans and the inspection queue, holds, non-conformances, corrective actions, supplier quality and certificates.

Maintenance

Machines on the asset register, meters, preventive schedules, and requests and orders with parts and labour.

A machine is an asset, so Maintenance and Rutba Facilities are two views of one work engine rather than two registers of the same things.

Where Rutba Manufacturing actually stands. All five apps are built: engineering data, work centres and calendars, the MRP run with pegging, firming and the timeline, the finite schedule and multi-plant view, the shop-floor terminal with downtime, the andon board and OEE, inspections and corrective actions, and maintenance on the asset register. Machine connections are not: output and downtime are reported from the terminal, not read from the machine. The cost rolls up onto the finished units; posting work in progress to the ledger is not built.
