Worth knowing
Early access. Organizations use Sign today, each on its own instance, and onboarding is hands-on: there is no card checkout yet, so talk to us and we will set you up. Rutba Sign for individuals is built too, as one shared instance where each person sees only their own envelopes, templates and agreements. The whole life of an agreement is built: drafted together in the shared word processor, sent by link, in-app or in person, signed at a table where each person leaves with a receipt countersigned by Rutba, stamped or notarised where the paper needs it (by you with the proof attached, or arranged by Rutba), sealed, then managed and renewed. Two pieces are outstanding and worth knowing before you compare us to anyone: the identity-verification and qualified-certificate partners that European qualified signatures require, and vendor rails behind the formality desk, which a person at Rutba works by hand today. Two things are already decided and worth knowing now. Marks and values are drawn on the pages of the uploaded PDF by the format’s own append-only mechanism, so the original bytes never change and the evidence record, not the picture, is what makes a signature valid. And a customer who stops paying keeps every completed envelope and its evidence, permanently. Verification stays public and free for the same reason.
